substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in
the lowest parts of the earth.   Psalms 139:16  Thine eyes did see my substance, yet

The Gifts of the Holy Spirit are essential to our spiritual growth and maturity, that are for
all believers in the Body of Christ   That with them the Holy Spirit will use us to pray and
encourage one another.  There are 7 Motivational Gifts, as states in Romans 12:6-8, in
which all people are born with, and immediately have access to.   The difference in its
function (gifts) comes when we become a born again believer, than our motive becomes
God’s motive. The results of our submitting ourselves to the leading of the Holy Spirit:
1.  The Gifts of the Holy Spirit are activated within us, as listed in 1 Corinthians 12:8-10,
the power of God to which without we can not do our Ministry with, and the Fruit of the
Spirit listed in Galatians 5:22,23 that we need to operate the Gifts of the Spirit;  2.  The
Ministry Gifts (1 Corinthians 12:8-10), that all believers are endowed with, at least one,
are distributed through us for the work of the Ministry, that the kingdoms of this world
may become the Kingdom of our Lord and our God;  3.  Ministry Gifts Office (Ephesians
4:11)  that Jesus has placed in His Body/Church to perfect and mature the saints
(Ephesians 4:12-16) that they may do the work of the Ministry (1 Cor. 12:28).

Spirit, the means and ways that God uses people through the operation of His power
through these Gifts (1 Corinthians 12:8-10/Power; 1 Corinthians 12:28 and Ephesians 4:
11/Ministry Gifts and Offices).
2.        That the student may themselves become knowledgeable enough to administer
to their counselee’s, students and staff gift analysis.
